I had an amazing stay at Fiesta Resort! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Garapan, making it super easy to explore shops and restaurants. The staff truly made me feel at home; they were warm and welcoming. The beach bar added a lovely touch to my experience, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. One downside was that I wished there were more dining options available, especially for breakfast. Overall, this place offers great value for money.
During my stay, I experienced exceptional customer service from the front desk staff, especially Marge, who made sure all my needs were met, making for a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location, but it does show signs of aging, and the dining options could use improvement. While the clean environment is a plus, some amenities require refurbishment to enhance overall comfort.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and modern rooms with a spectacular view. The restaurant and bar were highlights, especially with the delicious affogato. It was a shame that there were no microwaves available in the rooms or common areas. Overall, the experience was great, but I would have loved the convenience of a microwave.
